Just taking a little time to reestablish your romantic connection will strengthen your relationship.
Commit to doing 2-3 things for the rest of this week. I really don’t want you to be a “remember when we used to” relationship. Start doing those things again and keep making time for each other!
- Start with Prayer in the morning. If you’re on different schedules, send a voice audio while commuting to work.
- Snooze your alarm in the AM for 10 mins to just have pillow talk ☺️
- Set 5-10 mins out the day to have a check in call:
“How’s your day going? How was lunch?” “I was just calling to hear your voice/see your face”
- When you get home from work, watch them make dinner, and converse during meal prep about your day (or anything)
- Set a time in the evening to watch your fav TV show or find a new movie
